Discounted Accommodation Package

You MUST be a registered delegate to enter the InterContinental Berlin, you will not be allowed access into the hotel unless you are a formally registered IHIF delegate.

For the 2024 event IHIF delegates had the option to book a discounted accommodation package at the InterContinental Berlin, at an exclusive rate, single occupancy for a classic room. Premium rooms and junior suites are also available at a discounted rate.

Following confirmation of their IHIF ticket registration they were provided with a link to an online booking form allowing them to book their accommodation and make payment directly to InterContinental Berlin.

*Please note the following rules will also apply in 2025:

• You MUST be a registered delegate to enter the InterContinental Berlin, you will not be allowed access into the hotel unless you are a formally registered IHIF delegate.
• It is only possible to book rooms at the InterContinental Berlin via the event link. It is not possible to book directly with the hotel or through other booking sites, and rooms at the InterContinental Berlin are only available to IHIF delegates.
• Rooms at the InterContinental Berlin are limited and allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
• Selecting the discounted accommodation package during registration does not guarantee nor confirm a room booking.
