Who is eligible
To qualify for the Next-Gen Pass, applicants must:
- be under 32 on 10 May 2027
- hold an Analyst, Associate, Coordinator, Graduate or Junior-level role
- have up to five years’ relevant industry experience
- not hold significant budget, team management or investment decision-making responsibility
