His expertise spans investment analysis, asset management, and development, with a focus on aligning global capital with urban planning.
As Chief of Strategy and Business Development at Marjan, Tariq leads initiatives that position Ras Al Khaimah as a premier destination for luxury real estate and hospitality. He works closely with international developers, investors, and brand partners to unlock high-impact opportunities and structure long-term value across the emirate’s flagship masterplans.
Tariq holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
