Bio:

Richard leads the provision of hotel development advice, managing a talented team specialising in providing consulting and transactional services including the negotiating of brand and operator agreements, the sale & purchase of development transactions and the structuring of JVs and funding for the delivery of these projects.

Richard has led many hotel investment and development assignments throughout Europe and is currently active in office to hotel transactions in London having been involved in many of such transactions in the capital.
