Rémi Delpech is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality to his role. Delpech began his career at the Ritz Paris and has since held leadership positions at iconic properties worldwide. His expertise spans operations of all sizes, from Lifestyle luxury boutique hotels with 14 rooms to large-scale resorts featuring 400 rooms, 200 residences, and multiple dining outlets.
Delpech has managed key departments, including rooms, residences, executive lounges, spa, engineering, and security, and has successfully overseen every stage of hotel development — closing, rebranding, reopening, operating, and revamping. A highlight of his career was leading the rebranding and reopening of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris. His global experience spans key markets, including Paris, Vienna, London, Phnom Penh, Hong Kong, and Marrakech, equipping him with a profound understanding of cultural nuances and operational excellence.
