Phil Andreopoulos joined YOTEL as Chief Executive Officer in 2025, bringing with him decades of senior leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to YOTEL, Phil spent over 20 years with Marriott International, where he held commercial and franchise operations leadership roles across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
During his tenure at Marriott, Phil played a pivotal role in expanding the group’s franchise portfolio and strengthening its commercial performance, with a particular focus on distribution, direct business contribution, and owner relations. Phil has a deep understanding of global hospitality trends and a proven ability to deliver growth through strong partnerships.
At YOTEL, Phil is focused on accelerating the company’s growth ambitions, while continuing to enhance performance systems and innovate the brand’s unique guest experience.
