Neal Jones

Bio:
Neal Jones was appointed President for Europe, Middle East & Africa in March 2026 and is accountable for developing and managing Marriott's hotel portfolio in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, which comprises of more than 1,400 hotels across 30 brands, in 82 countries and territories.
Mr. Jones began his career with Marriott International in 1995 and most recently served as Chief Operations Officer, Europe & Africa and Owner Partner Relations EMEA, where he was responsible for the overall operations and portfolio of brands across Europe and Africa, as well as having oversight for all owner relations matters in EMEA from July 2024. In addition to this, Neal also oversaw the company’s Design Hotels business, which consists of more than 300 independently owned and operated hotels in over 49 countries globally.
Prior to this, Mr. Jones was Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Middle East & Africa for seven years before expanding his role to include EMEA in 2020. Previously he held various commercial roles both on and above property across the UK, Europe, the Americas, Middle East and Africa.
Educated primarily in Singapore, Mr. Jones graduated from Hotelschool The Hague in 1991. Mr. Jones currently resides in London with his wife Carla, daughter Chloe and son Mason.
