Bio:

Matthew Janukowicz is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides strategic and financial advice to Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) clients, with a focus on the real estate, hospitality and leisure sectors.

Matt has nearly 20 years of investment banking and advisory experience, with expertise in executing a range of transactions throughout the corporate lifecycle, including M&A, restructurings, and capital raises for public and private companies.

Since joining Moelis, Matt has been based in the Firm’s London and New York offices. In leading Moelis’ European Lodging and Leisure coverage, Matt has completed transactions including hotel brands, management companies, owner-operator platforms and portfolios, alternative lodging and a variety of leisure verticals.

He has executed transactions across the US and internationally, including numerous cross-border deals involving stakeholders in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas
