María Calvo is Director of Hotel Asset Management & Advisory at Savills. From the Madrid office, she provides asset management and strategic advice to hotel owners across Europe, with a focus on value‑add projects typically involving rebranding, refurbishment and repositioning.

Prior to joining Savills, María spent 11 years as a Hotel Asset Manager across the UK and Continental Europe, gaining extensive experience in the operational, financial and strategic performance of diverse hotel portfolios. Her previous roles also encompassed hospitality advisory and commercial due diligence across multiple markets.
