Louise is a senior corporate partner in the Hotels Group at CMS. Louise covers all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, joint ventures, hotel management and franchise agreements, due diligence and post-merger integration, corporate governance, advice to directors and a wide range of corporate restructurings and ancillary advice. Louise specialises in the hotels & leisure and the consumer and retail sectors. She is ranked in the Band 1 of Chambers 2025 for her work in the hotels & leisure sector, is recognised in Chambers for M&A and is in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame for M&A: Upper Mid- Market and Premium Deals £750m+.
