Lily Wecker

Bio:

Lily Wecker is the CEO of Aethos, an experiential lifestyle hospitality and private members’ club platform backed by Limestone Capital. She leads the company’s global expansion, advancing its mission to deliver authentic connections in urban and resort destinations.

Previously, she served as Development Director for EMEA and North America at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, overseeing new hotel and branded residence projects. Earlier in her career, she led pan-European hospitality acquisitions and asset management as VP Investments at Zetland Capital, and was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company’s Real Estate and Private Equity practice. Lily holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
