Before stepping into the CEO role, John served as the company's Chief Operating Officer, bringing a deep operational foundation to his leadership. Prior to joining Unifocus, John built a career across the SaaS landscape, holding senior positions ranging from SVP of Client Success and Operations to Chief Revenue Officer. He also served as Chief Technology Officer for a division of Dell EMC, further cementing his expertise at the intersection of enterprise technology and operational excellence.

John is passionate about the power of software to transform the hospitality industry, with a focus on helping hotel operators efficiently manage their teams and resources, while equipping corporate executives with the data insights they need to drive meaningful change, improve efficiencies, and standardize operations across their portfolio.
