Dominic Seyrling

Bio:

Dominic is part of the operational committee in charge of the day-to-day running of Archer Hotel Capital. As Investment Director his primary responsibilities include identifying, sourcing and executing investment and other growth opportunities across the platform.

Since the creation of Archer Hotel Capital Dominic has overseen the sale of the Marriott Rive Gauche & Conference Centre in Paris, as well as acquisitions of the Conrad Dublin and the Madrid Edition. Following the outbreak of Covid-19 across Europe Dominic helped secure a €380 million financing across 5 jurisdictions when most of the hotels were not operational.

Dominic comes from a hotel background in Austria where for six generations his family owned and operated a hotel. Prior to joining Archer, Dominic spent nine years at Host Hotels & Resorts where he played an instrumental part in the success of the vehicle’s second fund which was launched in 2011 comprising about €1bn of real estate. Dominic started his full-time career at Jones Lang LaSalle in London and New York where we worked for four years. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Lausanne Hotel School and graduated with distinction from London Business School where he obtained a Master in Finance.
