Bio:
· Christian Ringnes is born and raised in Oslo.
· Christian Ringnes serves as Chairman of Eiendomsspar AS and Victoria Eiendom after having held the position of CEO from 1984 to 2024. Ringnes is the largest shareholder in two of Norway’s leading and most profitable real estate companies, with assets across most Northern European countries.
· Ringnes is also Chairman of these companies: Pandox AB, NSV-Invest AS, Dermanor AS, The Mini Bottle Gallery AS, Oslo Flaggfabrikk AS, Sundt AS, C. Ludens Ringnes Stiftelse.
· Contribute to make Oslo even more beautiful by donation of sculptures and fountains to the city, and by keeping Eiendomsspar’ and Victoria Eiendom’ properties in first class standard.
· Owning and running Oslos largest Musical Theatre (Capacity 1,402) in the old Opera; developed the Ibsen Museum and Grand Hotel.
· Developed the Ekeberg Sculpture Park - The Sculpture Park is large, with woods, established paths and art. The combination of Ekeberg's long history, the beautiful nature and the splendid sculptures offers visitors a triple experience. The Ekeberg Sculpture Park can be reached by public transport and is located immediately outside the centre of Oslo. The park is a great recreation place.
· Developed The Mini Bottle Gallery – is a museum dedicated to the world’s largest collection of miniature bottles, displayed in fun and imaginative ways. Visitors can also use the space for private events - like conferences, weddings, courses, and corporate gatherings. The museum is located in the heart of downtown Oslo
· Ringnes holds degrees from HEC Université de Lausanne (Master in Economics) and Harvard Business School (MBA).
