Bio:

Christian Bunte is a Managing Director at Avington Group, a firm comprising Avington Financial Limited—an FCA-regulated investment bank specializing in the travel, hospitality, and related real estate sectors—and Avingstone, a global leader in luxury hospitality asset management.

Since joining in 2017, Christian has played a pivotal role at Avingstone, advising ownership groups across North America, South America, the UK, Western Europe, and the Indian Ocean. His work spans the full asset lifecycle, including development oversight, pre-opening strategy, and post-opening operational asset management for high-end hotels and branded residential properties.

He leads Avingstone’s food & beverage practice, where he has spearheaded brand selection and concept development initiatives, as well as integrated F&B programs within luxury hotel and mixed-use developments.

In his role at Avington Financial, Christian has advised on a range of corporate finance mandates and capital-raising transactions. His project portfolio includes prestigious hotels and operating companies, private members’ clubs, branded residences, senior living communities, and high-profile real estate developments.
