Carlos Khneisser

Bio:

Based at Hilton’s regional office in Dubai, Carlos is charged with spearheading the growth of Hilton’s portfolio across the Middle East & Africa, which is home to more than 380 hotels trading or under development. 

Under Carlos’s leadership, Hilton has enjoyed year-on-year, organic growth in the region. 

Carlos started his career in the hospitality industry in 1998, gaining broad experience across the sector, before focusing on finance and asset management positions over a nine-year period.  

Carlos joined Hilton in 2009, overseeing the company’s growth within the Middle East & North Africa region. In 2020, he began overseeing Hilton’s development operations in Sub-Saharan Africa.

He holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance from Notre Dame University, Lebanon and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
