Bio:

Anne‑Marie Auriault is a seasoned executive in real estate and hospitality asset management, investment, strategic advisory, and capital markets, with extensive international experience across EMEA and the United States.

She currently serves as Director at RoundShield, where she oversees the firm’s Hospitality Asset Management platform.

Prior to joining RoundShield, Anne‑Marie was Managing Director at Pimlico Asset Management, specialising in hotel real estate investments and asset management. Earlier in her career, she held the role of Director at UBS Switzerland AG within the Real Estate Advisory team, leading M&A transactions and debt capital financing mandates across the Swiss market.

Anne‑Marie’s background spans strategic planning, investment management, capital markets, and operational asset management across multiple geographies and asset classes.

In addition to her executive roles, she serves as a Non‑Executive Director and Board Member for several organisations, contributing her expertise in governance, strategy, and real estate oversight.

She is also the Membership Chair of HAMA Europe (Hospitality Asset Managers Association Europe), reflecting her leadership within the hospitality asset management community.

Anne‑Marie holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from EHL (École Hôtelière de Lausanne) and an Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Real Estate & Finance from ESSEC Business School.
