Alfredo Bataller

Bio:

Alfredo Bataller is a pioneer in health and wellbeing as well as an international business 
leader. He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad de Alicante and an MBA from 
Instituto de Empresa (IE), complemented by executive programs in strategy and 
leadership at Harvard Business School and IESE.
He began his career in Madrid, working with leading real estate firms such as Proincasa 
and Centauro. In 2007, he joined the family business group, and just a year later, assumed 
the role of CEO at SHA. Since then, he has led the transformation of SHA into a global 
benchmark in health and wellbeing, earning numerous international awards and 
recognition for its cutting-edge approach to integrative medicine, longevity, and 
preventive health.
Beyond his leadership at SHA, Alfredo also serves as CEO of AB Living Group, which 
develops luxury projects across Spain, Mexico, and the Middle East. He is also a board 
member of forward-looking companies, including AI pioneer 1 Million Bot and private 
equity firm Formentor Capital. Driven by a passion for innovation, he actively explores 
how artificial intelligence can transform healthcare from predictive diagnostics to 
personalized wellbeing strategies ensuring SHA remains at the forefront of the longevity 
revolution.
A member of YPO, Alfredo is a frequent speaker at leading international forums on health 
and residential wellbeing, as well as conferences dedicated to longevity, human 
performance, and the future of healthcare, reflecting his ongoing commitment to 
advancing the sector.
He is married and the proud father of three children.
