Carine Bonnejean

Bio:

Carine leads Christie & Co’s specialist hotel team across the UK and Europe, overseeing agency, investment, and advisory services with a particular focus on expanding Christie & Co’s hotel presence across continental Europe and international markets. She is also responsible for Christie & Co international offices working alongside each of our European teams and for its strategic development.

Based in London, she joined Christie & Co in 2005 as a senior hotel consultant before progressing to Head of Consultancy – Hotels in 2015, Managing Director – Hotels in 2019, and, since January 2026, Managing Director – Hotels & International.

Throughout her career, Carine has led numerous high-profile investment advisory projects and transactions across the UK and Europe for major hotel groups and investors. She frequently delivers research, market insights, and analysis at leading hotel investment conferences, and is a regular speaker at IHIF, AHC, ITHIC, Pandox HMD, among others.

In 2022, she was inducted into the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), recognised globally as a leading organisation for hospitality expertise.

Carine holds an MBA in International Hotel Management from IMHI — the joint Cornell University (Ithaca) and ESSEC Business School (Paris) programme — as well as a BSc (Hons) in Hotel Management.
