Aoife Roche serves as Vice President for EMEA at STR, a CoStar Group company. She leads a dynamic, multilingual team from the company's regional headquarters in London, focused on delivering exceptional hospitality performance benchmarking and property lifecycle intelligence for hotel owners, operators, and brands.

Prior to joining STR, Aoife gained extensive commercial experience with boutique hotel chains in London, Paris, and New York City. She also provided consultancy in sales, revenue, and distribution strategies for independent properties, consistently driving successful outcomes.

An MBA candidate and holder of a BA in Applied Languages from the University of Limerick, Ireland, Aoife’s longtime passion for the hotel and travel industry has made her an influential leader, recognised for her strategic insights and industry expertise.
